You Can Sell on eBay Too
by: Scott Bianchi
When I first began to consider starting my own website I considered selling on eBay because I had read so many articles on it. You see advertisements on the internet about making $11,000 a month selling on eBay. I could never understand how the people found the products to sell, allowing for such big profits. I finally discovered how it was done, and now that I know how I feel silly for not figuring it out sooner. The secret is DROP SHIPPING.
There are wholesalers all over the country that will ship products to your customers once you make a sale. There is a lot that goes into finding a drop shipper however. First, you need to find one that sells the products you are interested in selling. Then you need to narrow those down to find the legitimate companies and weed out the companies looking to scam people, and you know they are out there. You should try and find one that offers excellent service because they reflect directly on you as a seller. Your customers will not know it is not you shipping the product, unless you tell them of course. Some of the companies charge you drop shipping fees to deliver the product so you will obviously want to find one that does not charge these fees.

What Is Multi-Level And How Should It Be Worked
January 29, 2009
Multi-level marketing is really a partnership. You go into business with someone that has the same interests and goals you have. You make a commitment to each other. You work with the same people. Working multi-level marketing correctly not only makes success easier, it eliminates many problems.
The hardest thing is to find the person you want to work with (your sponsor). You want someone who is willing to work and assist you when needed. You should join programs under the same person all the time. This makes for a solid downline. If your sponsor isn’t interested in a particular program, contact his sponsor. By doing this, you will strengthen you group.
Many people complain about others stealing their people. They seem to think that just because they signed someone up once, they should always have them. If someone gives their downline the help and assistance they should, there would be no need for them to worry about someone stealing them away. They should want to continue with you because they know you will help them. Why should someone stick with you if all you do is collected commissions from them? Can you really blame them for not following you into other programs?
How To Write A Job Winning Resume That Puts Yours On Top
January 29, 2009
Many people would love to get a better job. And most of these same people have the proper training and skills to achieve this goal. Unfortunately, so many job hunters have very poor communication skills. They are unable to clearly tell potential employers about their job qualifications. In short, they do not have good job seeking skills. In many cases, this prevents them from getting a high paying job that they could easily do. Often, the job will go to someone who is less skilled but who has written a eye-catching resume.
Often, job seekers have a few mistaken opinions about potential employers. They believe that employers are able to easily separate the qualified job applicants from the less qualified applicants. But this is likely not true. Sometimes there are from 30 to 300 resumes for the same job. So the interviewer first does a fast screening of all the resumes to eliminate as many as possible. The “good” resumes usually make it through the screening process. Many times the best job candidate is screened out due to a poor resume.
Establishing Dreams and Goals
January 28, 2009
(Excerpted from Week Six of the Jim Rohn One-Year Success Plan)
One of the amazing things we have been given as humans is the unquenchable desire to have dreams of a better life, and the ability to establish goals to live out those dreams.
Think of it: We can look deep within our hearts and dream of a better situation for ourselves and our families; dream of better financial lives and better emotional or physical lives; certainly dream of better spiritual lives. But what makes this even more powerful is that we have also been given the ability to not only dream but to pursue those dreams and not only to pursue them, but the cognitive ability to actually lay out a plan and strategies (setting goals) to achieve those dreams. Powerful! And that is what we will discuss in detail this week: How to dream dreams and establish goals to get those dreams.

Online Shopping Boom Favours Niche Websites
by: Adrienne Davis
The expansion of the online retail market is evident again this week as figures for 2005 were released. UK consumers bought £8.2bn ($14.3bn) of goods from websites last year - a 28.9% increase in internet marketing over 2004, according to market analysts Verdict. In cash terms that means shoppers spent an extra £1.8bn online in 2005.
Verdict says the figures show internet shopping is closing in on the £9.4bn spent in department stores in 2005. Its retail analyst, Nick Gladding, said online shopping was now a “formidable competitor” to the High Street as it allowed people to do the work from home, searching the web for the best value and service.
A quarter of all UK buyers now shop on the internet, for goods and services, as the online shopping community grew by 25.5% to 14.6 million people between 2004 and 2005. The surge in “e-retail” means online shopping is now winning its biggest-ever slice of the UK retail market. Overall UK retail sales grew by just 1.5% in 2005 - the slowest rate since the early 1960s.
Why Your Business Need a Website
January 26, 2009
Web Presence gives your business a distince edge over your competitors, especially when you want to expand your current customer base.
For exmaple, if Jane wants to find a real estate agent but she does not know who is the best in her area. Then she goes to the yellow book to find out the potential agent she wants to go to. If you have a website address besides you name, she will go to your website to find out whether you are the best agent for her.
A web presence alows your potential client to get to know you and your service better than a small ad. This in turn means a confident and less riskly feeling about making a decision to have a business with you. If your competitors do not have such kind of web option, you are in a much better postion to win customers.
2) You can build good relationship with customers by sending them your expert newsletters or articles. Turn your site into an information resources, the trust and benefit you give will help you generate more customers
3) You can generate income from global visitors

Hearing That Entrepreneurial Voice?
January 25, 2009
Women business owners are our only clients, so naturally we celebrate and support female entrepreneurship. Operating in this market gives us the good fortune to learn about some of the deeper themes in the lives of women business owners. It gives us insights into what really matters to women, and to what contributes not only to their success, but more importantly to their happiness and gratification in their professional lives.
So what are some of the common denominators among women who on the surface appear very different and diverse?
Female entrepreneurs got comfortable enough with the idea of risk to take action. Notice I did not just say "comfortable" I said, "comfortable enough." By being a risk-taker, I don’t mean adopting a "ready, fire, aim" mentality. I also don’t mean "ready, aim, do more research, aim again, talk it over with friends, aim again, do another market analysis, prepare to fire, ask more questions, aim again?" and never fire. Successful women entrepreneurs do not suffer from what we might call "analysis paralysis." And they would see this as a blessing. Most entrepreneurs would tell you that it’s a good thing they didn’t know what their future would look like and how many challenges they would face, or they would never have begun! To be an entrepreneur means having the courage which is best summed up by John Wayne when he said, "Courage is being scared to death and saddlin’ up anyway."
Guidelines For Conducting A Good Meeting
January 24, 2009
Okay, so you’ve figured out what kind of meeting is needed, you’ve planned well and you have all the right materials. How about the meeting itself? How can you be sure the meeting you’ve so carefully planned and prepared actually comes off as expected?
The checklist below can help you through the process.
- Begin on time, clearly stating the meeting objective and your intentions to stick to type, time, topic, agenda
- Obtain agreement on the agenda items and times for each item
- Agenda changes must be consistent with meeting objective, type, time limits
- Consider having a time keeper, rather than letting topics exceed time limits
- Use action language to assign responsibilities — What will be accomplished, who will accomplish it, time frames and deliverables (when and how to be accomplished)
- Appoint a scribe to document meeting results
- Have a “parking lot” for topics not on the agenda - at end of meeting - Review parking lot, decide resolution, assign follow-up, if appropriate
- Anyone who feels the process is not supporting the objectives of the meeting should speak up and share this observation
